According to AFSA’s public guidance, units in Exempt Funds in the AIFC may be offered only by way of private placement to persons who are Professional Clients, subject to a minimum subscription amount of USD 50,000.

Accordingly, any Financial Promotion relating to an Exempt Fund and intended only for Professional Clients is addressed exclusively to persons meeting the relevant criteria. Such a Financial Promotion is not intended for persons who are not Professional Clients.
